The next NAC meeting is Tuesday September 3, 2024 at 7PM
at TJ Middle School.
A modified roundabout is being designed at the intersection as an alternative to an all-way stop or a traffic signal since the modified roundabout is considered as a superior alternative to address traffic safety and operational issues documented over the last several years at the intersection.
The City wishes to solicit input from local residents regarding the design at the meeting on 9/3.

Traffic Calming Mayor and Board Presentation DECEMBER 13th!
On Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 3PM
in the boardroom at City Hall.
The engineering department will be providing
updates on various "Traffic Calming" projects in The City.
The project locations are within NACs 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

The last NAC meeting was November 7, 2023 at 7PM
at North Frederick Elementary School.
This was a neighborhood meeting where we will discuss neighborhood concerns with The City. The residents can raise community concerns and learn about development projects, crime statistics, and updates on community issues.

NAC Meeting- September 5th
This NAC meeting was September 5, 2023 at 7PM
at North Frederick Elementary School. It was very well attended. It was a neighborhood meeting where we discussed neighborhood concerns with The City. The residents can raised community concerns and learned about development projects, crime statistics, and updates on community issues.

Past Meetings:
Our First Meeting was: THURSDAY JUNE 22nd 5pm - 9pm at 110 West 13th Street (Backyard) ​ The meeting was from 5pm -9pm to accommodate everyone's schedules. About 30 people came, including Alderman Derek Shackelford. Everyone had really great ideas, and it was a wonderful environment. It was mainly informational, but we all seemed to agree that the Truck Traffic needs to be fixed before the traffic oval gets approved.
