Dear Neighbors,

Hello! This is Maggie Lebherz again. Thanks so much to all of you who have responded with emails and texts supporting our neighborhood’s sincere interest in the Traffic Oval Proposal at 13th and Motter, as well as the truck traffic and traffic volume issues on our streets. This second flier is to alert you to the first neighborhood meeting we have planned. It will take place on THURSDAY June 22nd from 5 - 9pm. This is an open house, not an agenda meeting; so you can come anytime that is convenient for you. The meeting is from 5 -9 to accommodate everyone's schedules. It is an informational meet-and-greet, and you can stay as long or as little as you'd like. It will take place in my backyard at 110 West 13th Street.

At this meeting, we will have information about our new website and how to submit your thoughts to the website and the city officials simultaneously. You can see said website here: www.13thstreetbeat.com

If you would like to submit a letter, you can do so through this website, or you can still email me at maggie553@gmail.com. This website is a public website that anyone can see. Your concerns can be posted anonymously if you wish. Anything submitted will be confirmed via email before posting or forwarding to the City. This website is a work in progress, so please be patient.

The City has made us aware that they are only accepting feedback on the Traffic Oval Proposal at 13th and Motter issue until the end of June. They asked for feedback from residents to be emailed to:
