Oval Proposal Feedback

"The volume of traffic has increased over the last 5+ years and is getting worse! Having a small oval would be helpful to slow traffic and minimize accidents at the intersection of 13th/fairview. It would also deter truck traffic. This is a family friendly neighborhood and should be treated as such. It should not be used as thoroughfare for truck traffic."
