"My concern on the roundabout is drivers won’t yield to traffic in the circle which will lead to accidents, the roundabout will cause traffic delays because it serves as a stop sign to allow traffic in the circle to go around it. You’re have more traffic turning on 12th or 14th Streets and turning right at the traffic light at the bridge to go to Fairview Avenue or N. Market St."
