"I think a traffic circle at 13th and Motter could be a good solution, but I want it to be a part of a larger plan to improve the safety of Motter between 9th and the Rt. 15 interchange. There are two schools and a lot of foot traffic. This section of Motter should be more pedestrian friendly."
