Ways to Handle Truck Traffic- Baltimore has done it.

I did some more research and saw that Baltimore has handled [a similar situation] two ways.

1). Designated truck routes. This would require new city code and then enforcement but makes so much sense to me.

2). Height cameras to enforce that.

I realize this would not be a quick fix but it gets to the heart of the matter, as far as I am concerned. I would think that 14th Street would also be interested.
